All rights reserved. ************************************************ James Russell Greer - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Vicksburg Post, December 16, 2004 TALLULAH — James Russell Greer died Tuesday, Dec. 14, 2004, at Madison Parish Hospital in Tallulah. He was 40. Born in Monroe, Mr. Greer had lived most of his life in Madison Parish. He was a security guard and was of the Baptist faith. He is survived by his mother, Verlene Greer Almond of Tallulah; a brother, Craig Greer of Tallulah; four stepsons, Jimmy Hutson, Aaron Scamp and Mikey Scamp, all of Tallulah, and Chris Hutson of Vicksburg; and a nephew, Michael Greer of Tallulah. Services were at 11 a.m. today at Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home with Jody Farrell officiating. Burial followed at Harris Cemetery in Crowville, La. Pallbearers were Dale Parker, Mickey Parker, Eric Miller, Rusty Bedgood, Billie Tate II and Charles Misita.
