Graves - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, June 9, 1967 Funeral Services on Monday For Mrs. Graves Funeral services for Mrs. Mary E. Graves who died Sunday afternoon at Resthaven Nursing Home after a long illness, were held at 2 p. m. Monday. Services were conducted in the Funeral Chapel of Old Southern Mortuary of Tallulah, with the, Rev. John Hurt officiating. Burial followed in Start Cemetery in Start, La. Survivors include two sons, J. Ross Graves, Tallulah, and Eldred Graves of Kerman, Calif.; a daughter, Mrs. A. Jones of Lake Charles; a sister, Mrs. Era Kilgore of Taylorsville, Miss., twelve grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were Frankie Graves, Terry Fitzgerald, George Leonard Hart, Frank Knox, Jack Bowden, and Billy Keller.
