E. Goza Dies Saturday After Illness Mrs. Julia Elizabeth Goza, 89, died early last Saturday at the Madison Parish Hospital after several weeks' illness. She was a native of Winona, Miss., and had been a resident of Madison Parish for the past 40 years. She was the widow of the late T. H. Goza, a planter of Madison Parish. She was a member of the Methodist Church and had been active in the women's society of the church. Funeral services were held Monday morning at 9 o'clock at the Methodist Church with the Rev. William F. Mayo officiating. Burial followed at 2 p. m. at the Bethlehem Cemetery in Winona under the direction of Crothers Funeral Home. She is survived by three sons, Malone and Hurn Goza, both of Tallulah, and R. E. Goza of Birmingham, Ala.; one sister, Mrs Mary C. Miley of Sinton, Texas; three grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Pallbearers were George Speed, Jesse Anderson, R. R. Spigener, R. E. Brown, Bob Graves, Charles Arneson, W. R. Roper and Cliff Adams.
