Goss Services for John W Goss, 90, were held Tuesday afternoon in the Chapel of Crothers Funeral Home with the Rev. Crawford Williams officiating. Burial was in the Providence Memorial Park Cemetery. Mr. Goss died Sunday night in the Delta Haven Nursing Home following a long illness. A native of Union Parish, Mr. Goss had resided in Madison Parish for many years. He was a retired farmer and a member of the Church of Christ. Survivors include one son, L. L. Goss of Tallulah; three daughters, Mrs. xxxx Bishop and Mrs. O. D. Creed, both of Tallulah and Mrs. A. T. Williams of xxxx. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were Tommy Bishop, Johnny Goss, Malcolm Bishop, David Creed, Charles xxxx and Elmer Neil, Jr.
