All rights reserved. *********************************************************************************************** Emma Watson Goss - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Madison Journal December 13, 1940 Mrs. Emma Goss Passes Away At Tallulah Clinic Mrs. Emma Watson Goss, 73, died at the Tallulah Clinic Tuesday afternoon following a long illness. Mrs. Goss was a native of Sicily Island but had spent most of her life in Catahoula, Franklin and Madison parishes. She was highly esteemed and had many friends who will regret to learn of her death. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Audie Tweedle, one granddaughter, Bobbie Lou Tweedle and a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral services were conducted Wednesday at 3 p. m. at Crowville with the Rev. D. W. Poole, pastor of the Tallulah Methodist church, officiating. Interment followed in the Crowville cemetery.
