Goings - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal January 19, 1994 Funeral services for Mrs. Lillie M. Goings, 81, were held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. John Rushing and Rev. Claude Lewis officiating. Burial was at the Silver Cross Cemetery. Mrs. Goings died Sunday at the Madison Parish Hospital. She was a native of Smith County, Miss. and had lived in Madison Parish for 65 years. She was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church. Survivors include one daughter, Patsy Townsend of Vicksburg; three sons, Ray Goings of Tallulah and Arnold Goings and Jerry Goings, both of Vicksburg; one brother, A. J. Atkins of Temple, Tex.; 15 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were Bill Yerger, Ed Yerger, John Welch, George Scott, Ray Case and Cleve Mathis.
