All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************ Sara Scurria Giliberto - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, September 14, 1978 Mrs. Sara Scurria Giliberto of Glendale, California died on September 7 following a brief illness. Rosary services were held on September 8 at 9 p.m. in the Garden of Woods Glendale Mortuary. A General mass was held on September 9 at 10 a.m. in St. Robert Catholic Church in Glendale. Interment was in San Fernando Mission Cemetery. Survivors include one son Joe Giliberto of Burbank, Calif.; two brothers Phil J. Scurria, Sr. and Sam J. Scurria of Tallulah; three sisters Miss Jennie Scurria of Tallulah, Mrs. Grace O'Neal of Swartz and Mrs. Mary Ann Giliberto of Burbank, California; two grandsons and one great-grandson of Burbank, California.
