All rights reserved. ************************************************ Steve Gordon Gayle - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Vicksburg Post, August 28, 2006 TALLULAH - Steve Gordon Gayle died Sunday, Aug. 27, 2006, at Olive Branch Senior Care Center in Tallulah. He was 65. Mr. Gayle was born in Waterproof, La., and had lived most of his life in Madison Parish. He was a retired farmer and a member of Parkview Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clyde Heinrick Gayle and Martha Coates Gayle; two brothers, Kenny and John Gayle; and a sister, Shirley Bernard. He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Bobbie Robinson Gayle of Tallulah; one son, Stan Morgan of Tallulah; a brother, Frank Gayle of Tallulah; a sister, Sandra Herman of Tallulah; and seven grandchildren. Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Parkview Baptist Church with the Rev. Cletus Moak officiating. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 5 until 7 tonight at the church. Pallbearers will be Kenny Robinson, Tommy Robinson, Chris Robinson, Bruce Wallace, Aaron Wallace and Brad Wallace.
