All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************ Laurie O'Bannon Galloway - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal June 13, 1974 Mrs. Laurie Galloway Laurie O'Bannon Galloway, 72, of Tallulah died late Sunday afternoon at the Vicksburg Hospital. A native of Vicksburg, she had lived there and Jackson until 1968 when she moved to Delta. She was the daughter of the late xxx L. and Edith May O'Bannon. She was a member of the Baptist Church. She leaves her husband, James B. O'Bannon of Delta, a daughter, Miss Galloway of New Orleans; three sons xxxx E. Galloway of Casper, Wyo., xxxx Galloway of Arizona, Joseph T. xxxx of Gonzales, La.; two grandsons and one granddaughter; two sisters, Mrs. W. H. Lewis and Mrs. K. O. Anderson, both of Vicksburg; and one brother, T. A. O'Bannon Sr., of Vicksburg. Funeral services were Wednesday at 10 a.m. at the Fisher Funeral Chapel with Rev. Bobby Thompson, pastor of the Highland Baptist Church, officiating, Burial was in Silver Cross Cemetery in Tallulah. Pallbearers were George Wells Sr., George Wells Jr., Fred H. Wells, Dr. R. K. Harris, Henry Clark Jr., Bill Bagley and K. O. Anderson.
