All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************ Mary Helen Gaines - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, December 5, 1985 Services for Mrs. Mary Helen Gaines, 89, were at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Trinity Episcopal Church in Tallulah with the Rev. Ed Robertson officiating. Burial was in Memorial Park Cemetery in Tallulah under the direction of Crothers Funeral Home of Tallulah. She died Monday at the Delta Haven Nursing Home after a long illness. She was a native of Kentucky and had been a resident of Tallulah for over 50 years, a housewife and a member of Trinity Episcopal Church. Survivors include two nephews, Robert Covington of Los Angeles, Calif., Edward Covington of Old Church, Va. Pallbearers were Walter Scott, Billy Buckner, Calvin Adams, Sonny Todd, Jack Millikin, and Bud Seale. Honorary pallbearers were the Vestry of Trinity Episcopal Church.
