Frye - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal September 10, 1997 Graveside services for Mr. Jeffery M. Frye, age 31, were held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 6, 1997, in Memorial Park Cemetery with the Rev. Robin Hood officiating. Mr. Frye died Friday, Sept. 5, 1997, in the E. A. Conway Medical Center in Monroe after a brief illness. He was born in Shreveport, La., and lived in Tallulah for eight years. He was a carpenter and a member of the United Pentecostal faith. Survivors include his wife, Tammy Merritt Frye of Tallulah; two brothers, Terry DeWayne Frye of Delhi and Shane Leroy Frye of West Monroe; two sisters, Martha Lee Ferguson of Vicksburg, Miss., and Cindy Lee Ransbottom of Hot Springs, Ark.; his father, Roy Frye of Shreveport; his maternal grandmother, Mrs. Annie Lee McGuire of Minden; and his paternal grandmother, Mrs. Ola Frye of Shreveport. Active pallbearers were Perry Mullins, Dee Ferguson, Mike Holland, Mark Jobe, Jimmy Ezell and Johnny Merritt. Honorary pallbearers were Neal Ogden, Ross Murphy, Jack Cuthrell and Jeff Ramsey. Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home in Tallulah was in charge of arrangements.
