Freeman - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal September 5, 1952 Mark B. Freeman Passes Away On Thursday Morning Mark B. Freeman, 56, resident of Madison Parish for many years, died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Leonard Lees in Vicksburg early Thursday morning. Mr. Freeman is survived by his wife, Mrs. Thelma Freeman of Tallulah; two children, Mrs. Leonard Lees and Mr. Mark B. Freeman, Jr., both of Vicksburg; his sisters, Mrs. A. J. Boswell, Tallulah; Mrs. Carl Cannon, Dayton, Texas; Mrs. O. L. Mackey, Longview, Texas; two brothers, Tom Freeman of Bude, Miss., and Billy Freeman of Houston, Texas. Mr. Freeman had two nieces in Tallulah, Mrs. Russell Sprague and Mrs. J. M. Yeates, and two grand children in Vicksburg, Miss. Services will be held Saturday morning conducted by Rev. Shirley Briggs of the First Baptist Church of Tallulah. Funeral arrangements are under 'the direction of Crothers Funeral Home of Tallulah.
