Foster - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal December 31, 1965 Services Held Wednesday For Kitty Foster Funeral services for Kitty V. Foster, 79, who died at a Vicksburg hospital Monday morning after a long illness was held Wednesday at 2 p. in. Service were conducted at the Tallulah Church of Christ with Andrew Ferguson officiating, assisted by Grover C. Martin. Burial followed in Silver Cross Cemetery under the direction of Cupit-Young Funeral Home of Tallulah. She was a native of Arkansas, but resided here for the past 40 years. She was a member of the Tallulah Church of Christ. Her husband J. T. Foster died August, 1964. She is survived by three grandchildren, Reed Foster of Tallulah, Mrs. J. O. Gibson of Harrison, Ark.; Mrs. Raymond Latoof of New Orleans, La. and eight great grandchildren. Also surviving is a sister, Mrs. W. B Wright of Flint, Mich., and a brother Mr. Ira Stone of Rigby, Idaho. Mrs. Foster through her many years in Tallulah had many friends here, who knew her for her sincere interest in everyone she knew. Pallbearers were Billy Grady, Otho Williamson, Phil Grimes, Luther Fife, Maurice Grady and Joe Clark.
