All rights reserved. *********************************************************************************************** Bryan Foster Madison Parish, LA From The Tallulah Madison Journal (LA), February 18, 1938 Bryan Foster Dies Saturday; Buried Sunday Bryan Foster, 29, a resident of Tallulah since early childhood, died at the home of his parents here Saturday morning after a lingering illness. He had been sick several months and at times was reported improved, but he never recovered. He operated the Magnolia Service Station until his health failed. He was a member of the Church of Christ. The funeral was held Sunday afternoon at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. T. Foster. Rev. John T. Priestly of Vicksburg, officiated, and was assisted by Rev. Clarence Crow of the Baptist Church and Rev. D .W. Poole of the Methodist Church. Interment took place in the Silver Cross Cemetery here. Mr. Foster is survived by his wife, who was Miss Sallie Land before her marriage, two children, Sallie Joe and Reed, and his parents.
