All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************** Cora Mae Edwards - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal January 10, 1990 Funeral services for Mrs. Cora Mae Edwards, 90, were held at 10 a.m. Friday at Crothers Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Rhea Fuller and Rev. John Rushing officiating. Burial was in Silver Cross Cemetery. Mrs. Edwards died Wednesday, Jan. 3 at the Madison Parish Hospital. She was a native of Philadelphia, Miss. and had been a resident of Tallulah for the past 32 years; She was a former resident of Transylvania, a homemaker and a member of the Tallulah Church of Christ. Survivors include two sons, Everett Edwards of Tallulah and Charles Edwards of Wasilla, Alaska; one daughter Edna Jennings of Shellknob, Mo.; 12 grandchildren; and a number of great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were Robert Edwards, Ronald Edwards, Howard Ziegler, Steve Green, Ebb Ferguson and Erwin Maxwell.
