Edmondson - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, October 28, 1976 Mrs. Allie L. Edmondson, 86, of Tallulah died Thursday morning at the West Carroll Parish Hospital in Oak Grove after a lengthy illness. Funeral services for Mrs. Edmondson were held at 2 p.m. Friday in the chapel of Crothers Funeral Home with the Revs. Crawford Williams and Ted Howe officiating. Burial was in the Providence Memorial Cemetery in Tallulah. Mrs. Edmondson was a native of St. Landry Parish and has been a resident of Tallulah for 47 years. She was a housewife and a member of the First Baptist Church of Tallulah. Survivors include her husband, Eugie Edmondson of Tallulah; several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers were O. T. Bass, F. M. McGee, Billy Edmondson, Bob Roberson, Bryant Joyce and James Bowls.
