Eaker - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal January 8, 1970 Edward Eaker Dies of Heart Attack Funeral services for Edward S. Eaker, 59, Tallulah, were at 10 a.m. Monday at Crothers Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Clark Bell officiating. Burial was in Silver Cross Cemetery. Mr. Eaker died Friday of an apparent heart attack in Colona, Mich. He was a member of the Methodist Church. Survivors include two daughters, Miss Joyce Eaker and Miss Helen Eaker, San Jose, Calif.; one son, Carl Eaker, San Jose, Calif.; his mother Mrs. Marjorie Eaker, Hammond; three brothers, Gus Eaker, Sondheimer, Bill Eaker Tallulah, Robert Eaker, Hammond; four sisters, Mrs. Lillie Williams, Leland, Miss., Mrs. Madeline Holt, San Diego, Calif., Mrs. Ruth Tainter, Metairie, Mrs. Joyce Hargett, Birmingham, Ala. Pallbearers were Frank Stewart, H. N. Batchelor, Dick Horn. Bruce Clark, W. T. Scott, Howard Carney.
