Dunning - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal October 23, 1953 Edith M. Dunning Mrs. Edith M. Dunning, 56 year-old wife of Dan Dunning of Tallulah, died at 3:30 a. m. Monday morning in the Monroe Hospital following an illness of several months. Mrs. Dunning has been a resident of Madison Parish for 16 years. She was a member of the Pentecostal Church. Mrs. Dunning is survived by her husband, Dan Dunning; a son W. C. Dunning and a grandchild, Tommy Dunning, all of Tallulah. Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 at the West Green Street Baptist Church with Rev. Elzine Strong, pastor of the Pentecostal Church in charge. Bro. Will Jones assisted. Interment followed in the Silver Cross Cemetery.
