Deason - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, August 15, 1985 Mrs. Margaret E. Deason, 71, died Thursday at Madison Parish Hospital after a short illness. Services were at 3 p.m. Friday at Crothers Funeral Home in Tallulah with the Revs. John Rushing and Ramon Warren officiating. Burial was in Memorial Park Cemetery in Tallulah. Mrs. Deason was a native of Ruston and a resident of Tallulah for the past 51 years. She was a member of Tallulah First Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, Joel W. Deason of Tallulah; two daughters, Mrs. Margaret Ann Randall of Tallulah and Mrs. Gloria Anderson of Brandon, Miss; one brother, Ernest Stocks of Monroe; and five grandchildren. Pallbearers were Bill Randall, Allen Randall, Lane Randall, Greg Stanton, John Richardson and Jimmy Richardson.
