Davis, 85, of Monroe, will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, September 5, 2007, at Silver Cross Cemetery in Tallulah, LA with Rev. Larry Stafford officiating under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe. Miss Davis passed away Saturday, September 1, 2007 at St. Joseph Nursing Home. She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Monroe. Survivors include her sisters, Mary Jo Ellis and husband James of Monroe, and Lou Keller of Sterlington, LA; three nieces, Lisa Moore and husband Terry of Monroe, LA, Libby Burwell and husband Henry "Buzz" of Greenville, SC, and Linda Nordan Sanders and husband Cody of Sterlington, LA; two nephews, Dr. James Ellis, Jr. and wife Beth of Ashville, NC, and Rick Keller and wife Karen of Sterlington, LA. Pallbearers will be Wes Tichenor, Stuart Tichenor, Clint Nordan, Rick Keller, Quaid Keller, Cody Sanders, Terry Moore, and Bud Crow. Honorary pallbearers will be Michael D. Savage, Gordon H. Fox, O.D. Westbrook, Bill Cooper, Henry "Buzz" Burwell, and Dr. James Ellis, Jr. Visitation will be Monday from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe.
