Curry Sr. - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal January 15, 1970 Death Of E. H. Curry Sr. Is Announced The Journal was informed, this week, of the death of E. H. Curry, Sr. 62, of Tallulah. Funeral services for Mr. Curry were held at 3:00 p. m. Dec. 20 at Meadow Grove Baptist Church with the Rev. Cloy Chapman officiating. Burial followed in the Silver Cross Cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home of Delhi. Mr. Curry died Thursday morning, Dec. 18, at 9:45 o'clock, enroute to a Winnsboro Hospital after an apparent heart attack. He was a native of Carthage, Miss., and resided in Madison Parish for the past 43 years. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Reba Curry of Tallulah, one son; Hess Curry, Jr., of Winnsboro; one daughter Mrs. Elizabeth Mosely of Kansas City, Mo.; Two half-brothers, Carlton Curry of Reno, Nev.; and Joe W. Curry of Kaufman, Texas; and four grandchildren. Pallbearers were John F. Olvey, Charles Allen, Harry Watts, R. L. Reynolds, James Still and James Greene.
