All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************ Nellie Ann Couch - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, August 21, 1980 Services for Mrs. Nellie Ann Couch were Tuesday in First Baptist Church in Tallulah with the Rev. Crawford Williams and Xxxx Smith officiating. Burial was in Memorial Park Cemetery in Tallulah under direction of Crothers Funeral Tallulah. Mrs. Couch died Sunday in her home after a long illness. She is a native of Decatur, Xxx and had been a resident of Tallulah(?) for many years. She was a member of Transylvania Baptist Church and was a housewife. Survivors include three sons, Billy Couch of Moorhead, Miss., Hughie Couch of Riverside, Calif., and Gus Couch of Monroe; five daughters, Mrs. Lucille Thompson of Brandon, Miss., Mrs. Morene Smith of Jackson, Miss., Mrs. Enola Hopkins of Tallulah, Mrs. Juanita Collins of Transylvania and Mrs. Christine Worthington of Baton Rouge ; a brother, Otis Florence of Tallulah; a sister, Mrs. Pearl Peacock of Tendal; 24 grandchildren; 44 great-grandchildren; and a great-greatgrandson.
