Cobb - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, February 26, 1981 Services for R. H. Cobb, 53, were held in Parkview Baptist with the Rev. Lester Xxxxxx officiating. Burial was in Silver Cross Cemetery under direction of Crothers Funeral Home. Mr. Cobb died Friday in E.A. Conway Memorial Hospital after a long illness. He was a native of Pleasant Hill and a resident of Tallulah for several years. He was a cattleman, a farmer, and a member of Parkview Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Mrs.Ruby Cobb of Tallulah; three sons, Walter Cobb and Rod Cobb, both of Tallulah, and Louis Cobb of Shreveport; a daughter, Mrs. Penny Wilkins of Tallulah; a brother, Travis Cobb of Evelyn ; two sisters, Mrs. Leigh Williams and Mrs. Bernice Brown, both of Mansfield; and seven grandchildren. Pallbearers were Gene Butler, Robert Tooke, Steve Allen, Mike Ellis, Timmy Rinicker, Tommy Jobe, Mark Holmes and Ronald Hodges.
