All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************ Lula Mae Clark - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, July 16, 1986 NEWELLTON--Services for Mrs. Lula Mae Clark, 75, were at 10 a.m. Monday at First Baptist Church in Newellton with the Rev. J. Fulton McGraw officiating. Burial was in Silver Cross Cemetery in Tallulah under direction of Crothers Funeral Home of Tallulah. Mrs. Clark died Friday in a Vicksburg, Miss. hospital after a short illness. She was a native of Hickory, Miss., a resident of Newellton for the past 34 years, a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church of Newellton. Survivors include her husband, Clyde Clark of Newellton; two sons, Harold "Sonny" Clark of St. Joseph and Jerry Clark of Tulsa, Okla.; one daughter, Mrs. Doris Querrey of Tallulah; and four grandchildren. Pallbearers were Ralph Cooper, Billy Parker, Pat Williams, S. S. Dewitt, J. Y. Head and Mike Lewellen. Memorials may be made to the building fund of the First Baptist Church of Newellton.
