All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************** Pedro Cipriano - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal August 20, 1948 Funeral Services For Pedro Cipriano Held Tuesday Morning Funeral services were held Tuesday morning for Pedro Cipriano, age 76, who died at his home on Mansford Plantation Sunday afternoon at 4 o'clock from a heart attack. He had been in ill health for several months. He was born in Eagle Pass, Texas in 1872, and came to this community fifteen years ago, where he farmed until the time of his death. Services were conducted Tuesday morning at 11 o'clock from the Crothers Chapel with Rev. W. N. Ferguson of the Monroe Church of Christ, officiating. Interment followed in the Silver Cross Cemetery. Pall bearers included Rudolph Hernandez, Juan Godina, Seloria Maurice, Taribion Valdez. He is survived by his wife, Anis Cipriano. Funeral arrangements were under the direction of the Crothers Funeral Home.
