All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************* Helen Elizabeth Chambless - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Vicksburg Post, August 6, 2011 TALLULAH — Helen Elizabeth Chambless died Thursday, Aug. 4, 2011, at the Madison Parish Hospital. She was 93. Mrs. Chambless was born in Flora, Miss., and had lived in Madison Parish for more than 87 years. She was a homemaker, a member of Parkview Baptist Church and a Sunday school teacher for more than 70 years. Survivors include five daughters, Glenda Kelly of Vicksburg, Leona Clifton of Pensacola, Fla., Frances Chambless and Artiv Anderson, both of Tallulah and Sandra Wilson of Bastrop, La.; a son, Steve Rundell of Chatham, La.; a brother, Jimmie Conrad of Baker, La.; 10 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren. Services will be at 3 p.m. Monday at Parkview Baptist Church with the Rev. Clifton Wheat and Cletus Moak officiating. Burial will follow at Silver Cross Cemetery with Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home in charge. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until the service Monday at the church.
