M. Busby Funeral services for Sampson McCune Busby, 78, who died Wednesday night of last week in a Vicksburg hospital, were held Friday at 2:30 p. m. Services were conducted in the Richland Baptist Church at Warden, with the Rev. Nathan Hender son and the Rev. Carl Barnes officiating. Burial followed in Silver Cross Cemetery under the direction of Crothers Funeral Home. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Fannie Busby, Delhi ; six sons, Howard, Burlin, Thomas and Kenneth Busby, all of Tallulah; Huge and Durwood Busby of Delhi; a daughter, Morgan Morgan, New Orleans; a sister, Mrs. Jessie Harper, Leander; 27 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
