Mrs. Brier Dies On Australia Island

Funeral services for Mrs. Luna Brier, 62, who died at her home on Australia Island Tuesday after a long 
illness were held at Crothers Funeral Chapel Wednesday. afternoon. The Rev. R. A. Givens of Eagle Lake 
Methodist Church, conducted the services and burial followed in Silver Cross Cemetery.

Mrs. Brier. who had lived at Australia Island the last four years, formerly lived in this vicinity. 
She was a member of the Baptist, Church.

Surviving are her husband, W. C. Brier of Australia Island, and a niece, Miss Mattie Weaver of Dallas, Texas.
