Funeral services for
Nicholas Pete “Nick” Brewer, age 37, will be held Saturday, July 25, 2020 at
2:00 P.M. at Parkview Baptist Church in Tallulah, Louisiana, with Bro. Jason
Lupo and Bro. Clifton Wheat officiating. Burial will follow in Herringville Baptist
Church Cemetery in Monticello, Louisiana, under the direction of
Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home. Visitation will be held Friday, July 24, 2020
from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Parkview Baptist Church in Tallulah, Louisiana.
Nick
was born July 2,1983 in Lake Providence, Louisiana. He gained his heavenly
wings in Rayville, Louisiana on July 21, 2020.
He
is preceded in death by his fiancé, Ashley Johnson of Rayville, Louisiana;
grandparents, Pete and Mary Brewer of Monticello, Louisiana; and grandparents,
Robert and Loraine Alberez of Monticello, Louisiana.
Nick
is survived by two daughters, Layla and Kensington Brewer and their mother,
Danielle, of Daphne, Alabama; his parents, David and Angela Brewer of Tallulah,
Louisiana; sister, Tabitha Nolan and husband Chris of Ocean Springs,
Mississippi; brother, John Brewer, Jr. and wife Monica of Killeen, Texas; one
niece, Carli Nolan; four nephews, Collin Nolan, Sam, Max, and JJ Brewer; and a
host of aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, and friends.
Nick
was a certified pipe welder, employed with various companies and worked
throughout the United States building our great nation. He loved LSU football
and the family rivalry against the Crimson Tide. He cherished every memory
spent with family.
Nick’s
zeal for life and lovable personality was contagious and made it possible to
befriend everyone he met.
Pallbearers
will be John Brewer, Jr., Christopher Nolan, Collin Nolan, Ted Hill, Justin
Young, Michael Mann, Garrett Holly, Charlie Bolton, and Joey Vaughn.
