Bolden Sr., 65, of Las Vegas, passed away Monday, Jan. 16, 2006. He was born June 22, 1940, in Tallulah, La., and resided in Nevada for over 50 years. C.L. retired from the casino industry after working for Sams Town for over 25, in the field of hard count. He was preceded in death by his mother, Emma Bolden; father, Nathan Bolden; sister, Rosie Lee Bolden; and brother, Roosevelt Bolden. C.L. is survived by his wife, of 45 years, Rosie; sons, Callthorp "Cal" (Stacey) Bolden Jr. and Rodney Bolden; daughter, Pamela (Demetrius) Woods; granddaughters, Shontee Johnson, Jazza Bolden, Devon Smith and Alexia Scales; grandsons, Malik Woods, Kiyan Smith, Trevontay and Devontay Flanagan; great-granddaughters, Kayla and Beyonca Johnson, Nia Reddin and Taylor Koempel; brothers, Nathaniel and George Bolden; and sisters, Joanne Bolden-Kline, Arneitha and Marie Bolden. Viewing will be from 5-7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 26, at Valley Funeral Home, 3919 Raymert Dr., 257-2826. Funeral services will be at noon Friday, Jan. 27, at Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Interment will be at Woodlawn Cemetery, 1500 N. Las Vegas Blvd.
