LOUIS Mr. Herman Bloom, well known here, passed away on Sunday evening, August 25, in a hospital in St. Louis where he had been a patient for some time. Mr. Bloom was born in Moscow, Russia, eighty years ago, coming to America at the age of twelve. He lived in Rochester, New York the early part of his life, later moving to St. Louis, where he made his home until his death. He was buried in St. Louis, as he had expressed a wish to be, on Monday in the Jewish cemetery. He is survived by six daughters, Mrs. Morris Saiewitz, Mrs. Bessie Minsky Mrs. Jake Kern, Miss Sara Bloom, Miss Ida Bloom and Miss Rebecca Bloom ; two sons, Mertie M. Bloom and Ralph Bloom; ten grand children, Dr. Sam Saiewitz, Lester Saiewitz, Jerome Minsky, Sylvia Minsky, Mrs. James Rankin, Irene Minsky, Genevieve Minsky. Leon Minsky, Leo Kern and
