Bethea - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal September 12, 1990 Funeral services for Mrs. Estes M. Bethea, 76, were at 2 p.m Sunday at Crothers Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ramon Warren officiating. Burial was in the Silver Cross Cemetery. Mrs. Bethea died Friday at Delta Haven Nursing Home. She was born in Missouri and had lived in Tallulah for 63 years. She was a former receptionist for Delta Community Action, a homemaker and a member of the Tallulah First United Methodist Church. Survivors include one son, Jack E. Bethea of Tallulah; two brothers, Charles Posey Jr. of Byhalia, Miss. and Harold Posey of Leachville, Ark.; two sisters, Freida Stricklin of Caruthersville, Mo. and Vivian Grissom of Tallulah. Pallbearers were Dennis Grissom, Carl Smith, Charles Beene, Joe Cupit, Louis Nettles and Robert Schaeffer.
