All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************** William Henry Bedgood - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal December 3, 1997 Funeral services for Mr. William Henry Bedgood, age 59, were held 10 a.m. Monday, Dec. 1, in the chapel of Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home with the Rev. Charles Gaston officiating. Burial followed in the Memorial Park Cemetery in Tallulah. Mr. Bedgood died Friday, Nov. 28, 1997, in North Monroe Hospital in Monroe after a brief illness. IIc was born in Tallulah, La., and had lived in Madison Parish for 15 years. He was a farmer and member of the Willow Bayou Baptist Church. Survivors include one son, Herbert W. Bedgood of Downsville, La: one daughter, Michelle Pitre of Downsville; four brothers, Melvin Bedgood, Ronnie Bedgood and Steve Bedgood, all of Tallulah, and Ed Bedgood of Jonesboro; three sisters, Betty Hammond of Calhoun, Dora Antley of Bastrop and Joyce Spencer of West Monroe; and his mother, Ola Bedgood of Tallulah. Pallbearers were Jim Diel, Shawn Diel, Billy Brooks, Elvin Lewis, Ronnie Bedgood Jr., Harvey Hammond and Melvin Bedgood Jr. Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home of Tallulah was in charge of arrangements.
