Funeral services for Mr. Melvin Bedgood, Sr., age 76, will be Wednesday, July 31, 2019, at 11:00 a.m. at the chapel, at Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home with Bro. Martin Parker officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
 
Melvin was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Ola Bedgood.
 
Survivors include his son, Melvin Bedgood, Jr., (Sonya), grandchildren, Drake Bedgood and Jake Bedgood, his brother, Steve Bedgood (Wanda) and his sisters, Betty Hammond (Harvey) and Joyce Spencer.
