Bearden - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, January 19, 1984 Mrs. Rosie C. Bearden, 78, died Xxxxday at Madison Parish Hospital in Tallulah after a long illness. Services were at 11 a.m. Xxxxday at Crothers Funeral Home in Tallulah with Brother Xxxx Alexander officiating. Burial was in Memorial Park Cemetery in Tallulah. Mrs. Bearden was a native of Xxxx Rouge and had been a resident of Tallulah for 37 years. She was a retired salesperson and housewife. She was a member of Tallulah Church of Christ. Survivors include her husband, W. E. Bearden of Tallulah; a son, William W. Bearden of Delhi; two daughters, Mrs. Emma Keyes of Tallulah and Mrs. Dorothy Burris of Gurdon, Ark.; two brothers, Willie Decoto of Walker and Monroe Decoto of McComb, Miss.; a sister, Mrs. Liddy Rodgers of Walker; 25 grand-children; and 66 great-grandchildren. Grandsons served as pallbearers.
