All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************ Margaret Jean Batchelor - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal May 3, 1968 Services For Mrs. Batchelor On Last Friday Funeral services for Mrs. Margaret Jean Batchelor, 37, who died Wednesday of last week in a Vicksburg hospital, were held at 10 a. m. Friday of last week. Services were conducted in the Tallulah Methodist Church with the Rev. Clark Bell officiating. Burial followed in Providence Memorial Park under the direction of Crothers Funeral Home. Mrs. Batchelor, a native of Vicksburg, had been a Tallulah resident for 16 years and was a member of the Tallulah Methodist Church. In addition to her husband George Batchelor, survivors include, two sons, George M. Batchelor Jr., and Michael S. Batchelor both of Tallulah; two daughters, Helen Marie Batchelor and Mary Katheryn Batchelor, both of Tallulah; and her mother, Mrs. D. J. Callahan of Meridian, Miss. Pallbearers were Warren Mills, Dr. Tom Brulte, Ted Ivy, Elmer Neill, Charles Anderson and W. W. Ziegler. Honorary Pallbearers were agents of National Life and Accident Insurance Co.
