Ball died Sunday, Aug. 21, 2005, in Tallulah. He was 35. Mr. Ball was born in Stuttgart, Ark., and lived in Alexandria, La., for a number of years before moving to Tallulah. He was a carpenter and member of Donahue Baptist Church in Alexandria. Survivors include two sons, Brant C. Ball of Tallulah and Darian Ball of Epps, La.; one daughter, Adrienne M. Ball of Epps; his mother and stepfather, Jeanette M. and Bert T. Batchelor of Tallulah; and a stepbrother, Bert Fletcher Batchelor of Tallulah. Services were at 11 a.m. today at Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home with the Rev. Edsel Pippin officiating. Burial followed at Epps Cemetery. Pallbearers were Tom McPherson, Donnie Holley, Fletch Batchelor, Mike Richey, Lonnie Heard and Harmon Stockman.
