Bailey - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, December 8, 1983 Services for Myron B. Bailey will be at 2 p.m. today at the First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Larry Xxxxxx officiating. Burial will be in Silver Cross Cemetery in Tallulah under direction of Crothers Funeral Home of Tallulah. Mr. Bailey died Monday at Baptist Medical Center in n, Miss., after a short illness. He was a native of River Falls, Xxx, a resident of Tallulah for 50 years; a retired forester after 26 years of service; a member of Masonic Lodge and Eastern Star; a member of Louisiana Foresters Association; and chairman of the Board of Trustees and member of Tallulah First United Methodist Church. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Erma M. Bailey of Tallulah; a son, Dr. Myron B. "Mike" Bailey Jr., of Monroe; a sister, Mrs. Ester Amundson of Long Beach, Calif.; four grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
