All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************ Mildred Ashley - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal May 8, 1969 Services For Mildred Ashley Held Tuesday Funeral services for Miss Mildred Ashley, 46, who died in Shreveport Hospital after a long illness, were held Tuesday at 10 a. m. in Crothers Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Grover Smith officiating. Burial followed in Providence Memorial Park Cemetery. She was a native of Mize, Miss., and had been a resident of Madison Parish for 30 years. She was a member of the Baptist Church. Survivors include her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Ashley, Tallulah; two brothers, Buford Ashley and Claiborne Ashley and four sisters, Mrs. Bilbo Sullivan, Mrs. J. W. Ellis, Mrs. James Hetland, Mrs. Lloyd Rogan all of Tallulah, 19 nieces and nephews.
