Arneson died Saturday, July 17, 2004, at the Olive Branch Senior Care Center. She was 85. Mrs. Arneson was born in Devil’s Lake, N.D. She was a member of First United Methodist Church, United Methodist Women, Order of the Eastern Star, Daughters of the American Revolution, Madison Parish Homemakers Council, Tallulah Book Club and the Canasta Club. She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Charles Arneson; two sons, Robert L. Arneson and Charles "Gary" Arneson, both of Tallulah; and four granddaughters, Leigh Arneson of Shreveport, Traci Arneson of Baton Rouge, Vicki Arneson of Panama City, Fla., and Jinny Arneson of Reno, Nev. Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Olive Branch Senior Care Center with the Revs. Ferre D’Cruz and Paul Sabin officiating. Visitation will be from 4 until 6 this evening at Olive Branch under the direction of Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church or St. Edward’s Catholic Church.
