OAK GROVE, LA - Funeral services for LaShara Hopkins Arender, age 75
of Las Vegas, Nevada will be held at 11 AM on Thursday, July 18, 2019 at Beulah
Baptist Church in the Beulah Community northwest of Oak Grove, Louisiana.
Reverend Kenny Herring will officiate.
Inurnment will follow in the Beulah Cemetery near Oak Grove, Louisiana.
Services are under the direction of Cox Funeral Home of Oak Grove.
Mrs. Arender passed away on Monday, July 8, 2019 in
Las Vegas, Nevada.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Billy Ray Arender; son, Donald Byron Barrett; father, James Louis
Hopkins; mother, Doris Trichel Hopkins; sister,
Charlotte Hopkins Karstendiek; brother-in-law, Bob Karstendiek; brother, Marvin Hopkins; sister, Ola Marie
Hopkins Joles; and brother-in-law, Kenneth Joles.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Mitchell Chad Barrett and Jonnita Brewer Barrett of Gulf Breeze, Florida; son and his
fiancée, Shea Bradley Arender and Renata
Moise of Las Vegas, Nevada; daughter-in-law, Cindy Louhoo Barrett of Republic, Missouri; grandson, Tyler
Barrett (Katia) of Gulf Breeze, Florida;
granddaughter, Fallon Barrett Prudhomme (Austin) of
Gulf Breeze, Florida; grandson, Dillon Barrett of Dry Prong, Louisiana;
granddaughter, Taylor Barrett of Pensacola, Florida; grandson, Drake Barrett of
Oxford, Mississippi; granddaughter, Ariana Barrett of
Gulf Breeze, Florida; great grandchild, Raydon
