All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************* Lillian Almond - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Vicksburg Post, November 4, 2010 TALLULAH — Lillian Almond died Tuesday, Nov. 2, 2010, at River Region Medical Center. She was 89. Mrs. Almond was born in Nachitoches Parish and had lived in Madison Parish for over 30 years. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Edwards Catholic Church. Survivors include four daughters, Betty Scott of Vicksburg, Estelle Stanley of Farmerville, La., Judy Willoughby of Tallulah and Lucille Bridges of Colorado; two sons, Joseph Almond of Tallulah and Carl Almond of Downsville, La.; one brother; one sister; 12 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at St. Edwards Catholic Church with the Rev. Ferre D’Cruz officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery in Oak Grove, La., under the direction of Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until the service Friday at the church.
