M. Adams Dies Here Monday After Brief Illness Mrs. Hattie Mae Adams, 78, of Tallulah, mother of Mrs. Jesse Anderson and Mrs. Georgia Morelock, died in a local hospital Monday after a brief illness. Funeral services were held Tuesday in the Chapel of Young's Funeral Home with the Rev. Dan Lott officiated. Burial followed in a Vicksburg Cemetery under the direction of Young's Funeral Home. Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Jesse Anderson and Mrs. Georgia Morelock of Tallulah, and Mrs. George Phillips of Reno, Nevada; four sisters, Mrs. Howard L. Perkins, Reno, Nevada, Mrs. George Shepard and Mrs. Fannie Voellinger, both of Greenville, Miss., and Mrs. Eva Lancaster of Vicksburg, Miss. ; one brother, H. Barrier of Birmingham, Ala; and two grandchildren. Pallbearers were Ralph Loe, Don Richardson, Paul Scwartz, J. C. Sherwin, W. C. Workman, Fred Massey, Martin Pemberton and George Speed.
