All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************ Charles Abrahm - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, November 14, 1985 Services for Charles Abrahm, 66, were at 10 a.m. Friday at Crothers Funeral Home chapel in Tallulah with the Revs. Earl Wiggins and Randall Clayton officiating. Burial was in Silver Cross Cemetery in Tallulah. Mr. Abrahm died Tuesday at his residence after a short illness. He was a native of Vicksburg, Miss., and a resident of Tallulah for the past 58 years. He was owner/operator of the A-Mart Grocery store in Tallulah. He was a veteran of World War II, a member of the American Legion Post 100, was retired director of Madison Parish Food Stamp program and an Eagle Scout, and was a member of the Tallulah Presbyterian Church. Survivors include two sons, Charles Ladd Abrahm of Tallulah and William E. Abrahm Jr. of Ruston; one brother, Salo Abrahm Jr. of Tallulah; and four grandchildren. Pallbearers were Hollis Ervin, D. D. Wood, Sidney Johnson, Odo Cagnolatti, Mac Cagnolatti, Lucian Roy, Jake Bryant and Jim Folk. Honorary pallbearers were T. A. Smith and Robert W. Gandy, Jr.
