On August 15,2013 the meeting was called to order by Calice Breaux.

The speaker was Everett Thompson who spoke on the DNA Health Test offered by DNA testing company 23andme.com. The 240 health risk and traits which are included in the test were discussed. Everett displayed his own test results and talked about the health risk projected from the DNA test results and how they compared to his actual health experience.

Warren LeBlanc, Treasurer, gave the treasuer's report;

Beginning Balance          $3,185.27

Pete Lavergne gave an update on Earl Gates' progress.
Meeting was adjourned and members enjoyed refreshments.
