Lege Hotel in Abbeville, Vermilion Parish, Louisiana
The L�g� Hotel, also known as Hotel Vermilion, stood on the corner of Main and Port (now called P�re M�gret) Streets from 1905 to 1910.  It was built by J. O. L�g� in 1905, and was destroyed by fire in 1910.  It was not rebuilt as a hotel.  This is the corner where Marion Guarino later had a service station and auto repair shop.  You can see a portion of the 1896 bridge over the Vermilion River on the right edge of the picture.
