| The Central Louisiana Genealogical Society was formed to preserve genealogical and historical information relative to the parishes of Allen, Avoyelles, Catahoula, Concordia, Evangeline, Grant, LaSalle, Natchitoches, Rapides, Sabine, Vernon, and Winn. MEMBERSHIP
Membership dues are $20.00 per member and $25.00 per family per year with a two-voting member maximum. Dues are
to be paid by 1 January of each year. Members will receive publication and free insertions in the Queries section.

Meetings are held at 2:30 p.m. on the second Sunday of each month at the Alexandria Historical and Genealogical Library, 503 Washington Street.
QUARTERLY
The quarterly is published in January, April, July and October. Persons joining later in the year will receive back issues for
that year. Members will receive our publication and free insertions in the Queries section. Non-members will be charged
$3.00 each, plus postage for single copies of the Quarterly. This also applies to members requesting extra copies of the
quarterly.
Members and non-members are encouraged to submit articles [Bible records, wills, cemetery indexes, diaries, etc.] for publication. The selection of material for publication is at the sole discretion of the editors, and they reserve the right to edit and/or condense. Please check names and dates for accuracy before submitting as we will assume no responsibility for errors. Mistakes brought to our attention will be promptly corrected. Materials submitted will be published as promptly as possible.
Queries will be included as space allows and are free to members. Queries should be limited to 50 to 70 words. Print clearly or type and be specific using full names and places, please do not abbreviate. Give day, month, year (e.g., 1 January 1999). Underline all surnames. Be sure to include your name and address. Non-members will be charged $2.00 per query which will be printed as space permits.
