Pleasant Retirement Village. She was born in Hazel Green, Kentucky on November 26, 1921 to parents Sherman and Callie (Lawson) Moore. Elba was a homemaker and was a member of Stratford Heights Church of God. Mrs. Collie is survived by her sons, James (Carol) Collie & Mike (Alberta) Collie; daughters, Patricia Ann "Trisha" (Patrick) Loeb & Deborah Carolyn Collie; brother, Leroy (Margie) Moore; sisters, Carol Williams, Emma (Robert) Hamilton, Nellie Powers & Ethel Handy; 11 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and 4 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Pat Collie Jr. in Aug. 2011; parents; brother, Frank Moore; & two grandchildren, Kelly Collie & Jimmy Collie. Funeral Service will be held Monday, September 19, 2011 at 12:00 Noon at Wilson-Schramm-Spaulding Funeral Home, 3805 Roosevelt Blvd., Middletown with Pastor Ray Phillips officiating. Visitation will be prior to the service from 10:00 am - 12:00 noon. Interment will be at Woodside Cemetery.
