OBITUARY: Brewer, Rev. Harold - Wednesday, March 2, 2011 Submitted by: Carole Bays ********************************************************************* BREWER, Rev. Harold, age 66, of Trenton, Ohio, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 2, 2011 at his residence. He was born November 6, 1944 in Rogers, Kentucky. He served in the Air Force during the Viet Nam War. He was employed for 30 years as a Machinist at AK Steel. He was a member of the Christian Enterprise Baptist Church, and also preached in services on Wednesday at the Garden Manor Retirement Village. The family sends their special thanks and appreciation to Dr. Mary Ellen Gaeke and Staff, and Hospice Care of Middletown. Preceding him in death were his parents, Elberton and Orlenia (King) Brewer; two brothers, Elberton "Bert" Jr. and Wallace Brewer; and one sister, Frances Thompson. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Carol (nee Haney) Brewer; one daughter, Melissa Cantrell; one son, Jeff (Amy) Brewer; six grandchildren, Kendall N. Brewer, Jessica, Erica and Sara Cantrell, Brittany Brewer and Brandon Brewer; two brothers, James "Art" Brewer and John Brewer; and one sister, Margaret Hayes. Visitation will be Friday, March 4, 2011 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon at the Christian Enterprise Baptist Church, 405 Gideon Road, Middletown, followed by services at 12:00 noon with Rev. James Anderson officiating. Interment will be at Butler County Memorial Park, Trenton, Ohio with military services by Middletown Combined Honor Guard. Arrangements by Herr-Riggs Funeral Home, 210 S.
