OBITUARY: Lewis, Opal Irene (Bryant) - Friday, May 21, 2010 Submitted by: Carole Bays ********************************************************************* Opal Irene Lewis, 92, widow of Otha Lewis, passed away Friday, May 21 at Bluegrass Care & Rehab, Lexington. She was born January 8, 1918 in Rogers, Kentucky to the late Myles Preston and Hattie Spencer Bryant. She was a retired store clerk and a member of the Rogers Baptist Church. Survivors include: Daughter, Susan Lewis Smith, Winchester and Grandchild, Kristin Voskuhl. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Brother, Robert Bryant, and Sisters, Mable Johnson and Nora Johnson. Services Monday, May 24, 1:00PM Rogers Baptist Church. Visitation Sunday 6-9pm Wells Funeral Home, Stanton.
